If an auto part is found to be defective within the first 30 days of purchase, Complete Struts will replace or refund the purchase price to the original purchaser.
If the product is found to be defective after the first 30 days of purchase and before the manufacturers 1 year warranty period has expired, Complete Struts will replace the defective units only.
When a product is found to be defective Complete Struts will pay for the shipping of the replacement parts to the original purchaser. Warranty and UPS related claims may require authentication including, but not limited to: Pictures, Video or Shipment back to the manufacturer. Do not dispose of defective parts until instructed.
